Midwest Chapter has plant tour and dinner talk scheduled for Nov. 3

The Midwest Chapter has set plans for a tour and a dinner meeting and presentation on Thursday, Nov. 3.

The chapter plans to tour the Fort Wayne Metals (FWM) plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. FWM is a leading manufacturer of precision wire-based materials. It is best known for its products for the medical field, but it also suppliers wire for demanding industrial applications.

The chapter will then re-assemble after the tour for a presentation on Trucking by David Enoch of Mid-South Wire Company. The steel wire manufacturer has a transportation department (MS Logistics) with a fleet of tractor trailers. The meeting will be held at the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum in Auburn, Indiana.
